Raily Community Guidelines

At Raily, our mission is to connect people in safe and meaningful ways. We want Raily to be an inclusive and welcoming place for everyone. These guidelines outline what we expect from all members of the Raily community. Please read them carefully before using Raily. By using Raily, you agree to follow these guidelines.

Who Can Use Raily

You must be 18 years or older to use Raily. We do not tolerate any users. You must be 18 years or older to use Raily. We do not tolerate any users under 18 on our platform. If we suspect an account belongs to someone under 18, we will immediately ban it.

Build an Authentic Profile

Your Raily profile should represent your authentic self. Do not impersonate another person or falsify your identity.

Use the name you commonly go by in everyday life.
Upload photos that accurately depict what you look like. Do not useedited, photoshopped or filtered photos that misrepresent yourappearance.
Provide accurate information about your self, including your age.
location, and relationship status.
Do not obscure or hide your face in photos. Show your full face clearly.
Provide accurate information about yourself, including your current age, location, relationship status, occupation, hobbies, and other details. Do not lie or isrepresent yourself.

Treat Others with Respect

Treat everyone on Raily with kindness, compassion, and respect, even if you disagree with them. Do not insult, threaten, demean or harass others.

Reject Hate Speech and Discrimination

We do not tolerate any hate speech or discrimination on Raily. We prohibit content that:

Raily should be a safe space for people of all backgrounds. Discriminationagainst others has no place here.

No Sexual Harassment or Unwanted Sexual Content

Do not send unwanted, sexually explicit messages or images to other Raily users without their consent. This includes:

Descriptions of sexual acts or fantasies.
Unsolicited nude or sexual images.
Sexually explicit language or advances.

Even if someone’s profile says they are open to casual dating, it does not mean they consent to receive sexually explicit content from you. Sending unwanted sexual content is harassment. Also, do not post nude or sexually explicit photos on your Raily profile. We prohibit all nudity and sexual content.

No Harassment, Assault or Abuse

Do not engage in any form of harassment, assault, abuse or endangerment - either on Raily or off-platform. This includes:

Sexual harassment, coercion or demands.
Unwanted physical or sexual contact.
Sex trafficking.
Threatening, stalking or harassing someone in-person or online.
Posting or threatening to post someone's private, identifying or sexually explicit information without their consent. This includes acts of "revenge porn".
Using Raily to harm or put someone else in danger.

We take all claims of harassment, assault, abuse and endangerment very seriously. Even if it originated off Raily, notify us immediately with details. We will thoroughly investigate and take appropriate action.

In grave cases of physical harm and sexual assault, we will proactively assist law enforcement agencies if requested. User safety is our top priority.

No Scams or Fraud

Do not scam or defraud other Raily users. This includes:

Requesting or sharing private financial account information (bank account details, PayPal, Venmo, etc.) for the purpose of soliciting money or gifts.
Attempting to obtain other users' personal confidential information like social security numbers, credit card numbers, or passwords through deception.
Presenting fake business or investment opportunities in exchange for money or gifts.
Pretending to be in financial distress or emergency situations to solicit money.
Romance scams - faking affection or relationships to manipulate people into giving money or gifts.

We have a zero tolerance policy for any kind of scam or fraud on Raily. Userscaught engaging in this behavior face immediate and permanent bans.

No Spam or Solicitation

Do not use Raily solely for commercial or promotional purposes. Do not sendspam messages to divert traffic to external websites or make unsolicited salespitches. Also, do not use Raily to solicit money, gifts or financial support from otherusers. Offering or seeking transactions of a sexual nature is strictly prohibited.

No Impersonation

Do not impersonate another person or organization on Raily. This includes:

Pretending to be someone famous.
Creating a fake profile using someone else’s images and information.
Representing a company or brand you do not own or work for.

Consent and Privacy

Respect other people's consent and privacy.
‍

Only share someone's private information or contact details with their explicit permission.
If someone blocks or reports you, respect their decision and do not contact them on or off Raily.
Do not take screenshots of Raily profiles or messages without the other user’s consent.

Consequences for Violations

Raily moderators review all reported violations of these Community Guidelines. If we determine you have violated these rules, we may take these actions, without prior warning:

Remove your profile content that violates our policies.
Temporarily suspend your account.
Permanently ban your account and prohibit you from using Raily in thefuture.
Report illegal behavior to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

We reserve the right to remove any account or content for any reason at our sole discretion. Please report any content or activity that violates these guidelines. Together, we can keep Raily a welcoming and safe community.

No Violence or Illegal Activities

Do not promote or encourage violence against any person or group. Do notdiscuss or coordinate any illegal activities on Raily. This includes:
‍

Threats of violence.
Instructions on how to commit violent crimes.
Coordinating drug deals or other criminal activities.

We will report any suspected illegal behavior to the proper authorities.
